When to Go

October through January is the window that matters most. The Thanksgiving Glow requires low-angle winter light, so summer visits will not produce the same effect. This timing also works in your favor temperature-wise – the heat that makes much of Arizona difficult from May through September is no longer a factor in the fall and winter months. Getting There
